Management Information Systems – MIS

MIS is basically an organized approach to the study of the information needs of an organization’s management at every level in making operational, tactical, and strategic decisions. Our objective to use MIS is to design and implement procedures, processes, and routines that provide suitably detailed reports in an accurate, consistent, timely & user friendly manner.

Monthly Management Report -MMR

The Monthly Management Report (MMR) is a snapshot of the performance data present in the Management Information System on the last day of each month after the end of the reporting period. 

  • Gross Margin – Customer wise/Supplier Wise/Item wise/Location Wise.
  • Nett Margin with all Expenses Elaborated in required Heads.
  • Summary sheet YTD/MTD for the financial year.
  • Interest Calculation sheet considering Finances taken from all sources Including Banks and Unsecured Fundings.
  • Ratio Analysis sheets with Monthly and till dates for the Financial Year.
  • Balance Sheet with Funds Utilization for Each Division of Client.
  • Highlighting Monthly Issues to be attended by Management.

  • Form 9
  • Any other documents as per required under L/C.
  • Approval of Draft B/L and getting the same from shipping line.

Banking and Followup

We also provide with banking and finance related services by following up with Client’s customers for advance payment or issuance of Letter of Credit (L/C). We also check the draft L/C provided by Client’s customers and getting the amendments done as per clients requirements and highlight them important points to be taken care while shipment. After the documents had reached the customers bank we follow up for final payment too from the Clients customers.
